TERMS OF SERVICE

 

cancelation policy

  • you will be considered a “no show” if you give less than 24 hour notice of a reschedule or cancelation

  • if you are a pay as you go client, after 2 “no-shows” you will be required to purchase a prepaid package

  • if you are a prepaid package client, after 2 no-shows” you will start to loose one prepaid session per no-show

refund policy

  • prepaid packages for physical training are only refunded with a written termination letter from a medical professional indicating that you are no longer fit enough to exercise

  • AC Mitisek has a specialist certification in “special populations” which includes those who are injured and disabled and therefore can cater to your needs unless directed by a doctor to cease all physical activity

  • prepaid packages for emotional coaching are not refundable at all unless both the coach and client agree that the relationship is no longer serving the client; we will work through any conflicts whenever possible

covid & illness policy (for in person sessions)

  • if the trainer or coach is ill or has been exposed to anyone with COVID, a covid test will be taken the day of your session and you will be notified in order to ensure you are comfortable

  • if the client is ill you will need to take a covid test the day of your session and provide proof of a negative result

  • if you are ill and do not have covid, but still are coughing and sneezing and generally are unwell, please cancel (late notice to be determined on an as needed basis) so as not to get your provider sick

  • if the client has been exposed to anyone with COVID, you will need to contact your trainer or coach and discuss the details to ensure that your provider is comfortable with the situation
